Today is an exciting day for Generes & Associates. We are always searching for tools to keep independent agents competitive, efficient and confident, and today we bring you something really special. This partnership with AtClose is the culmination of many months of collaborative effort and I can’t wait for everyone to see it. I’m not going to spend too much time on the announcement itself. You can see that in our press releases, blogs, emails, social media, etc, etc, etc. Go read it. Or call us to discuss it. Ignore it for a while. Whatever. What I wish to address here is how this partnership changes things for our company and for all those currently benefiting from our services.
The answer is, “It doesn’t.” Really. I don’t expect anything to be different. The AtClose platform is another tool we have to offer and we think it complements the others. We will not be focusing on the brand new shiny and neglecting everything else.
I know there are questions that may come with an announcement like this. “How does this affect my relationship with Generes & Associates?” “What will this new partnership mean in terms of the service and support we get now?” “What if I’m happy with the way things are?” The only answer I have is simply that our relationship with you is the cornerstone of our business and has been for 30 years. We will be available to you as we always have been. We will continue to perform and support all of our services just as we always have: By helping first and guaranteeing that we will get you through whatever challenge you’re facing today.

There are no plans to phase out or eliminate any existing partnerships with Generes’ existing software platforms. The Generes team will continue to provide thorough, timely, and direct assistance to customers on their escrow, back-office processing, title forms production, transaction management, process consulting and 1099 needs through multiple platforms. Instead, all Generes customers should view the AtClose partnership as a positive for everyone involved.
